Can I use CollabSpace just for meetings without a full membership?

Absolutely! You don’t need to be a full-time member to access our premium meeting rooms and event space. We offer hourly and half-day bookings for our fully-equipped conference rooms, perfect for client presentations, team meetings, interviews, or workshops. Each meeting room includes a large display screen, video conferencing equipment, whiteboard, and high-speed internet.

Moving & Arranging

Hold Shift and click to select multiple items.

Drag any selected item to move the whole group.

Rotating

Double-click any item to rotate it 90°.

Editing Labels & Colors

Right-click any item to edit its label and change its color.
Use this to personalize tables, mark VIP areas, etc.

Deleting Items

Select one or more items and press the Delete key.
Or drag items to the left sidebar — they'll be removed.

Saving & Exporting

Click "Export / Print Layout" to save your floor plan as a PDF — this is what you send to our team.
Click "Save Layout" to save your work as a file on your computer so you can come back to it later.
Click "Load Layout" to reload a previously saved file.

⚠️ Important: The Main Floor and Mezzanine are saved separately. Save each floor individually if you use both.

Starting Over

Click "Clear All Assets" to remove all furniture and start fresh.
