All memberships and services are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Memberships are generally month to month unless specified. CollabSpace reserves the right to update pricing or services with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Members may cancel or change their membership according to the terms of their plan. Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle may result in charges for the upcoming period. Event bookings and room reservations may have separate cancellation policies.

5. Use of Space

Members and guests must use the space responsibly and professionally. Activities that disrupt others, violate laws, damage property, or compromise safety are not permitted. CollabSpace reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these rules.

6. Guests and Visitors

Guest access may be limited based on membership type. Members are responsible for their guests and must ensure guests follow all CollabSpace rules and policies.

7. Internet and Technology

High speed internet is provided for business use. CollabSpace is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or security breaches related to internet use. Users are responsible for protecting their own data and devices.

8. Events and Community Activities

Participation in events is voluntary. CollabSpace may photograph or record events for marketing or promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for reasonable use of such content unless otherwise requested.

9. Limitation of Liability

CollabSpace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Use of the space is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollabSpace shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

CollabSpace may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Termination

CollabSpace reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the community, staff, or property.
